Personal Coaching Mantra:
Each child will receives an interactive Progression Book, complete with stickers that are applied according to each skill successfully completed in the lesson.  I will set small goals for each lesson and offering rewards for modules / skills successfully completed introduces a sense of achievement that motivates children to progress to the higher level in our Swim21 Training Programme.  Progression Books also keep parents / guardians informed about what's being accomplished in the lessons.
