I have had success coaching all levels of swimmer - from fresh beginner through gold star award swimmers. Developing all my swimmers talents is what I am all about. Making sure my swimmers understand all the energy systems, the periodization of these systems, is a big part of getting my swimmers to take ownership of their swimming career. I want them to think for themselves, and use the knowledge I have imparted to them to maximize the potential. I have had students perform speed swim in 100m freestyle in gold star award test clocked 1:50 min.
