Learning how to swim, and swim well is extremely fulfilling, fun and liberating. Nothing's better than conquering your fears, plunging into crystal clear waters and using your new-found skills to keep yourself fit and healthy!
I can teach children or adults, anyone who is young at heart and has no fear of learning. In my swim classes, you'll learn to be relaxed while in the water, how to control breathing, how to float and propel yourself, all in a fun and encouraging environment.
Once you are confident being in the water, you can move on to learning swimming strokes, the proper body position for kicking and breathing, and how to propel yourself through the water efficiently. You will find that with the proper technique, swimming can also be relaxing and not frightening or strenuous at all!
With all the basics in place, you can start swimming for real! I'll be there to guide you all the way. All too soon, you'll be happily and confidently making waves in the pool, and wondering why you never started earlier.
