Bobbing and Rhythmic Breathing Techniques.

Co-ordination of Breaststroke Kick & Breathing.


LESSON 4 :

Stroke Techniques of Breaststroke Arm Action ( Catch, Pull, Scull and Recovery Phase ).

Co-ordination of Arm Action and Breathing Techniques.


LESSON 5 :

Co-ordination of Leg Action and Arm Action with Breathing.

LESSON 6 :

Breaststroke Error Analysis ( Common Skill Error ).

Individual Stroke Correction and Pratice.


LESSON 7 :

Breaststroke Kick – Glide – Pull – Breathe.

Individual Stroke Correction and feedback.


LESSON 8 :

Swim Breaststroke for 25 meters.

Build-up endurance for longer distance swim.


LESSON 9 :

Swim Breaststroke for 50 meters.

Build-up endurance for longer distance swim.


LESSON 10 :

Orientation to deep water ( 1.8 M ).

Deep-water bobbing.

Treading Water with Breaststroke Kick.


LESSON 11 :

Treading Water with both arms sculling.

Individual Stroke Correction and Pratice.


LESSON 12 :

Treading Water for 3 mins.

Build - up endurance for 5 mins.
