A program for all who have completed the Learn-To-Swim. The Intention of this program is to initiate forms of
speed swim starts, turns and finishes gear them towards competitive swimming enhance stamina through distance swimming further develop stroke technique
Technical rules of swimming and conditions of competition are introduced. Swimmers may also choose this program to maintain health / fitness or refresh and further develops stroke technique with drills & corrections. The mechanics of the swimmer’s stroke is dissected and analyzed. They will swim through a step-by-step process...where we start from the most basic skill of finding your balance to practicing core body movements and timing ... and eventually assembling the whole course of action into a restored swim stroke. Good muscle memory is imprinted through drills resulting in efficient swimming. This program will also encourage team spirit through relay events and group games during their training. |
