Enrolment > Minimum 4 lessons sign up

Fee Payment > Advance 4 lessons payment to Swim21 upon comfirmation

Subsequent Fee Payment > Strictly only lesson by lesson basis.  Please take note that no advance 4 lessons fee payment should be allow after your first 4 lessons.

Relief / Change Of Instructors -  Due to unforeseen circumstances, if your relevant teacher is ill or unavailable, Swim21 reserve the right to stand in a relief teacher.

Postponement - Any request for postponement of lesson is to be made in calling to your swimming instructor at least 1 day before your class. Otherwise, Swim21 reserve the right to forfeit that 1 lesson.

Cancellation - If any payment has been made.  Should any participants who fail to turn up for classes / pull out from the course before the start date, he / she will have to pay for the 50% course fee to cover Swim21 administrative costs.
